I recommend practicing masturbation and orgasmic meditation, and heck why not meditation and exercise while I’m making suggestions. But seriously, the majority of women get themselves off their first time through self-stimulation aka rubbing one out aka stroking the bean, so masturbation may also be an effective way for you to begin your orgasm journey.
